Control of maintenance & service work

Apart from fast tracking, RODOT works with available budget to give the best possible professional result. Working with your budget, we will implement a planned preventative maintenance regime.

In an event of an emergency or repair, RODOT would effect that repair& rectify the fault up to a pre-arranged financial limit. Quotations for remedial work will always be submitted where possible prior to commencing the works providing you with even more budgetary control over your maintenance activities.

Flexible Payment terms……….

Due to various company policies, we at RODOT offer a flexible and wide option of payment plan. The monthly payment scheme could be spread on your annual cost into twelve (12) equal months, while the quarterly plan could spread at four (4) stages of payments for the fiscal year. Contract review meetings………

With RODOT facilities management, all our clients are assigned a contract manager; who will attend contract review meetings at agreed timescale and will be your designated point of contact.

Site Staffing……… (OPTIONAL)

Rodot facilities management supply the site staff throughout the term of the contract, providing building services and facilities maintenance in accordance with the agreed planned preventative maintenance regime. Site staffs are usually responsible for:
  • Supervision & quality control of specialist contracts.
  • Liaising with client
  • Maintaining the highest levels of health & safety
  • General site housekeeping & service provision
  • Maintenance & servicing of existing plants, equipment, furniture and all building components/fabric.
